Hey have you ever thought about joining a clan?
or
Good game! My clan is looking for good players if you are interested?
If they show interest I check to see if they are a fit for CLAS2 or CLAS3 our training clan.

Other than the portal link to our clan requirements (which I pretty much have memorized) I have all this copied to a notepad plain text file linked to a shortcut on my desktop for quick copy and paste as required.
