Job Title: Discord Moderator
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to Commander and Discord Administrator, the Discord Moderator overall vital role is to ensure that their Upper Class Clan (UCC) Discord server is a safe, healthy environment for everyone.
Job Duties:
Enforce rules and regulations, monitor activity, and address any issues or conflicts that arise.
Duties include reporting actions taken to the Commander. Moderators may delete messages, as well as invite, ban, or suspend people who contravene the server’s rules.
Why should you be a Discord Moderator?
Intelligence officers provide a service that is crucial to Upper Class Clans. These officers develop and execute plans, policies, and procedures that facilitate administrative organizational functions. They report their findings to the senior level of command authority to which they are assigned.
What do you need to be a Discord Moderator?
● Must maximize their availability to the UCC Discord Membership
● Must be able to communicate well
● Must be an ideal example of class
● Must be an accountable individual
● Must maintain confidentiality at All times, except in these circumstances:
○ unless specifically requested to share with others
○ If the member may be an immediate danger to himself or others
○ If the member is endangering a population that cannot protect itself, such as the case of child or elder abuse
○ As required by federal or state law
