Job Title: Chaplain (aka Chap, Chappie)
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to an Executive Officer or directly to the Commander, Chaplains are assigned a singular duty, Provide non-denominational spiritual guidance, counseling, and solace to Upper Class Clan family members of all ages and belief systems.
Job Duties:
Care more about the spiritual and moral well-being of clan members and their families than their own performance rate. Motivate and initiate meaningful use of each individual’s beliefs and attitudes in the management of their difficulties. Offer prayer, counsel, and support for spiritual healing. Be a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on, maintaining and “Open Door” office policy. Create pre-battle prayers e.g. “May our RNG deliver higher penetration to our shells and greater bounce to our opponent’s fire, Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.”
Why should you be Chaplain?
Chaplains provide a service that is crucial to the Upper Class Clan family. They encourage members to deal with about anything weighing them down, providing the support to lift their spirits.
What do you need to be Chaplain?
● Must maximize their availability to the Clan Membership
● Must be able to communicate well
● Must be able to Offer prayer, counsel, & support for spiritual healing
● Must be an ideal example of class
● Must be an accountable individual
● Must maintain confidentiality at All times, except in these circumstances:
♦ unless specifically requested to share with others
♦ If the member may be an immediate danger to himself or others
♦ If the member is endangering a population that cannot protect itself, such as the case of child or elder abuse
♦ As required by federal or state law
